Project 10 Pan - Items 7, 8, And 9 :)

I am so behind with blogging at the moment that this post probably should have been up last week but it can't be helped life and the lurgy certainly gets in the way. I mentioned in my November summary that I was nearly finished a few a Project 10 Pan items, well in the last fortnight I've managed to finish 3 more items.

First up probably something that's become a bit of a staple in my winter make up routine -the ELF Studio Powder Blush in Peachykeen - 2.75g.

This blush wasn't the most pigmented by any means but it was one of my go to winter blushers. When my skin was at it's palest this blusher gave a lovely subtle pop of colour to the face. This blush featured in quite a few favourites videos, and I've worn it quite a lot in face of the days. You can see some swatches of it here. Would I repurchase this? well not at the moment I've so many blushers to use up, but if I needed a peach toned blush to suit winter skin then this one is a definite possibility, at just £3.75.

The next item I finished was something that to be honest that I thought would never end, the Revlon Colour Burst Lipstick in 070 Soft Nude.

Apologies that I can't find a size on this one but it is a full sized bullet. This colour Soft Nude isn't available in the UK so I bought it on ebay. To be honest it wasn't anything special just a basic nude lipstick.

It was pretty moisturising but it still did tend to cling to dry areas of the lips but that may have just been the colour. That said I did wear this an awful lot (you can see me wearing it here ) and I scraped out every last bit with a lip brush. I probably wouldn't repurchase this though especially since it's still a US exclusive, and it's not that original a shade.

The third item was something else that seems to have been hanging around for ages - MAC Mineralized Skin Finish Natural in Light 10g

So many people love this product but unfortunately I'm just not one of them. I think my judgement has probably been clouded by the fact that I was matched to a shade that was a bit pale for me, on reflection Light Plus would have been better, but I'm still not a fan. I found this to be very powdery and cakey on the skin. It just didn't seem to work for me. I've been using it mainly as a setting powder and for touch ups but in my opinion there are way better things out there than this so no I won't be repurchasing this either.

So I'm now 9 item down, and I have two teetering on the edge of recycling bin land, which will it be a never ending lipgloss or a foundation that's nearly ready to meet it's maker. Keep checking LouLouLand to find out  which one it will be - I'm hoping to have finished this damn thing by the weekend because strange as it sounds I want to buy make up!! If you have any questions on my Project 10 Pan experience or on my latest done items please let me know in the comments x
