Project 10 Pan - Round 2 - 2 Down

Last month was a bit disappointing when it came to Project 10 Pan, try as I might I didn't manage to finish a single make up item in June. Whilst July hasn't started well for me in lots of ways I did receive a mini boost today - I finished a make up item - yeah :). My second item of Project 10 Pan Round 2 was predictably a foundation - Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation SPF 15 30ml in 100 Ivory.

This was one of the products that I mentioned in my Project 10 Pan Round 2, launch video. It's been hanging around for a while, so I made a conscious effort to try and finish it, I drained the bottle the best I could into a little pot, stuck a paper clip down the tube (Thanks for the tip Thrifty Mrs ) and used a long handled concealer brush to dig out as much as I could, and today my little pot breathed it's last.

I reviewed this foundation on my blog quite a while ago (click here to read my review) and I have to say I really like it, I like the fruity smell and it gives a really natural finish to the skin. 100 - Ivory is the lightest shade that Rimmel do in the majority of their foundations and I have to be honest and say if your really porcelain pale this probably won't be for you. it is as the name suggests pretty adaptable I can just about get away with for the majority of the year if I'm not fake tanning or if I haven't got some natural colour but in the winter I need something a bit lighter than this. I already have another bottle of this and a pot of the cream gel version  and about another 6 + foundations to use up so it's not something I can see myself buying in the near future. Having said that though I would no qualms with buying this product again, it's worked pretty well for me this time round x So that's two down and I'm not far off finishing number 3 - one of the oldest and longest lasting products in my stash! I'll keep you posted ;) Oh and I hope the pictures are OK? I got a new camera today courtesy of some amazing family members and a broken zoom lens, it has a lot more features and settings on it than my old one so I'm going to need some practise ;) Thanks for reading, and any questions please leave me a comment xx
