Thinking Slimmer - Slim Pod - Week 25 - Part 2


Another late post x Sorry guys x I've been a bit all over the place for a number of reasons over the last week and a bit x I don't really want to go into too much detail but it very much seems as though it's just one thing after another at the moment. I'm going to try and get my blogging and You Tube head back on this week so please bear with me x

Surprisingly enough this week I've maintained x I haven't ate particularly badly but I'm feeling really bloated and PMT ridden so I really thought I would have gained. I'm therefore this week as a positive, I haven't gained when I thought I would so that has to be good.
