Thinking Slimmer - Slim Pod - Week 2

Well the picture says it all another 2lbs off. I was really surprised to be honest. Thanks to Mother Nature I've had the worst chocolate and well, food cravings in general and I've succumbed to it more than once this week - still everything in moderation. My clothes are starting to feel a little bit looser and I seem to be developing a hideous stretch mark on my stomach - so I'm slathering on oil every morning and night to try and keep them at bay.

I've managed to integrate the slim and chill pods into my evening routine really easily. I actually look forward to listening to it now because to me it signifies the end of the day, and it gives me the opportunity to relax fully and prepare for sleepy time. I haven't noticed any real differences with my attitude to food yet but I've managed to stick to a healthy eating plan and I've managed to lose some weight so maybe it's doing something already - It can take at least 21 days to change an attitude or behaviour using this type of method so I'm pretty pleased to be 8lbs down after 14 days of using the Thinking Slimmer system :)

Since we've booked a holiday I now have even more motivation to lose weight, so I'm going to keep listening to my Slim Pod, and keep eating a healthier diet and see what happens. Thanks for all your support and I'll update you next Monday xxx

  3. Fantastic news Louise! Fabulous progress in 14 days. The scales never tell the real story so beware of them and keep noticing how your body is shrinking and how good you are feeling because that's what's important at the end of the day!
