Foodie Friday - What I Ate Today

Hi Guys - I've been a bit busy this week so I though for this week's Foodie Friday post I'd do a simple what I ate today post :) I am such a nosey person I love reading things like this, what's in my bags, collection posts, storage posts and room tours, and from experience I know that I'm not alone :)

Breakfast

Well I'm back on the Slim Fast programme - It doesn't work for everyone but it gives me the boost that I need to kick start a diet and get myself back into the routine of watching what I eat. This is the Strawberry flavour, made with two scoops of powder and 250ml of skimmed milk :)

Afternoon Drinks and Snacks






Your allowed 200 calories a day in snacks on the Slim Fast plan, so this afternoon I had a cup of tea in my favourite Piglet mug made with skimmed milk. Today was also a Graze box day so I had  the Chana Masala from my box. This contained Baked Curry Bites Rice Cakes, Spicy Chick Peas, and Masala Cashew Nuts -  the total amount of calories in the punnet were 125 and it was yummy. Dinner






This evening I made one of my favourite quick and easy meals, Indonesian Rice With Tofu. I've posted the recipe for this before so you can try it yourself. It's spicy, yummy and filling and it isn't too bad calorie wise :). I also had some Pepsi Max, and some sparkling water with Robinsons No Added Sugar Summer Fruit Squash because it was a bit spicy :)

Supper

I don't normally bother with supper but as you can probably see I missed lunch - one of my uncles came over this afternoon and I never got round to having anything, so I had a Slim Fast Vanilla, made from 250ml skimmed milk, 2 scoops of powder, and a couple of drops of vanilla extract because it's not vanillary enough for me I also had another cup of tea and some more squash (not pictured).

So that was today's food intake, not bad even if I say so myself :) What did you eat today? come on make me jealous and let me know in the comments x
