Welcome To Another Week and Adios To A Bad One

Hey Guys
Well it's Monday again and to be honest I am delighted to see the back of last week, seeing my mum so ill really scared me, thankfully she's feeling much better now but she has two hospital appointments to look forward to, one to get to the bottom of her ear problems and the other to see her surgeon to arrange her last knee replacement. Still I'm trying to focus on the positives it's less than 2 weeks to my mums 70th birthday, yes she was classed as an older mother when she had me and despite a bit of stick at school for having an 'old' mum I wouldn't swap her for the world x I haven't got a lot of cash for a big pressie, so I'm thinking of other ways to treat her including some home baking and some personalised home made cards, and of course the delivery of a nice bouquet of flowers.

Despite a stressful week I managed to get quite a few posts up including my long awaited posts on the Make Up Academy basic line ( click here and here to read them ) and a few nails of the day posts. This week I have a few posts planned including 2 My Pure reviews focusing on the hairier side of life, my monthly summary, and maybe a few nails of the day posts, so I hope you'll stick around, don't forget I will be doing a little giveaway when I reach the 500 followers x Oh and don't forget to check out my blog sale, I added a few things yesterday and if you want something let me know asap I will be taking down the remaining items on Saturday and adding them to my rather large donation to Give and Make Up x Oh and I will be adding a few items to ebay this week including lots of Hello Kitty dolls, and lots more brand new shoes so don't forget to check it out x

Welcome To Another Week

Hi Guys
It doesn't seem two minutes since I was writing the first post of last week but here we are again at the start of another week. Last week was a bit of a fail on the blogging front I had some reviews planned but for some reason it never happened, I went out with my mum, sat in the sun, listed on ebay, took lots of photos, watched QVC Beauty Day,  did some housework, and ultimately watched the rain and listened to the thunder but I didn't really blog. I lost a few followers last week and I really hope this isn't why As much as I enjoy blogging I do have an illness and a life contend with so I hope you all understand if I don't post everyday or do everything I've promised - I'm like the tortoise and the hare really, I take my time but I get there in the end x

Anyways another week, another new start, not only in the blogging sense but also in the diet sense, my diet seems to have gone down the drain a bit which culminated in my making the above cookies the other night when my sweet food cravings got too much! so today I am restarting the diet and this time I mean business - healthy eating, a tiny bit of exercise, and above all no snacking is the way forward!

On the blogging front I am raring to go this week, I have a few posts in draft ready to go, and a few others planned for the rest of the week including a couple of reviews, a nails of the day post and maybe towards the end of this week or the beginning of next, the second post in my Budget Beauty Series featuring the original Make Up Academy  - MUA line. So there I've done first post off the week is done thanks to a little help as per usual from We Heart It, and from my own fair hand. Sunny Monday

Afternoon everyone x I hope you have had an amazing weekend Jasper as you can see thoroughly enjoyed lying in the sunshine, I don't know how he does it with all that fur, maybe it keeps him cool somehow? My weekend I have to say wasn't too great I had a bit of a nasty tummy bug which seems to have passed right through my family :( Nevermind I'm feeling a bit better now and I managed to lose 2 lbs this week so it wasn't all bad. I'm going on a bit of a roadtrip tomorrow with my mum and my godmother - we are heading to a local museum which happens to be currently hosting an exhibition of Vivienne Westwood's shoe designs - I'll hopefully tell you more about it later in the week but I'm really looking forward to it x I'm also planning to do a few review posts, my monthly roundup, and maybe a little haul this week, and tomorrow I'll start the week off properly with a nails of the day for you.
 I just want to say a huge thanks to you all for keeping the faith and following and a big hi to all my new followers I really do appreciate every single one of you, and yes I will be hosting a special giveaway when I reach 500 followers x I am now away to unplug my laptop as we are currently in the middle of a horrid thunderstorm, I knew the sun wouldn't last !
