Thinking Slimmer - Slim Pod - Week 28 - Part 2

This is getting to be something of a habit at the moment, both posting late and maintaining my weight. I'm starting to lose count of home many weeks I've stayed at the same weight now but yet again the scales haven't moved even a tiny little bit,

I was feeling confident this week due to last weeks tummy trouble escapade but it wasn't to be. I'm staying positive in that I'm not gaining but my recent lack of progress is starting to become a little tiresome. At times like this in the past I'd have given up but not now. I'm still determined to succeed and this week I'm going to try and up my physical activity a bit (something that I've already done with a Christmas shopping session yesterday! ) and try and watch what I'm eating a little bit more closely (not something that I did yesterday whoops). I think I'm going to go back to writing everything down that I eat. This is arduous and a bit of pain but at least it might give me an idea of where I'm going wrong and where I can improve.

Other than than I'm going to be listening to both my regular Slim and Chill Pods and of course my "Keep The Pounds Off Over Christmas" Slim Pod which you can download for free until at least tomorrow, using them to try and keep my feeling positive and to try and help me feel a little less stressed.
