I must admit I never ever learn my lesson, I think I am too bloody stubborn. I know full well that I can't lift full pans and full kettles my bloody weak ME ridden arms just don't let me :( So what happened yesterday - Louise lifted a full pan of boiling pasta to the sink to drain and poured it all over her hand - OWWWWWWW!
Its cleared up since yesterday thankfully loads of Aloe Vera gel took away the swelling and some of the pain but I have a lovely burn to show for it and a hot hand :(
