Well the big day is nearly here, it's Christmas Eve, the presents are all wrapped, I'm watching Muppets Christmas Carol and the mulled wine is going down a treat.

As much as I love Christmas, this year it will tinged with sadness, as we remember those that we've lost this year. Just because it's a special day it doesn't mean that life's troubles and problems miraculously disappear.
